Kathleen O’Connor, UCLA's Assistant Paramedic Program Director, is in Bacolod, Philippines teaching and monitoring Advanced Medical Life Support and Prehospital Trauma Life Support, at the conference organized by the Philippines College of Emergency Medicine and sponsored by Jones and Bartlett Publishing/Public Safety Group. The event will help establish PCEM as an international training site for National Association of EMTs education programs and offer testing through the International Paramedic Registry.
