Refund & Transfer Policies Requests for refunds and transfers must be made in writing and received in our office no less than 14 days prior to the start date of the course. No refunds or transfers will be given after this date. You may email your request to cpc@mednet.ucla.edu. Requests received 14 days prior to the start of the course will have the refundable portion of the course fee refunded or applied to another similar course. A full refund will be given if the course is canceled or rescheduled.
The above policy does not apply to the Paramedic primary course. Student in the Paramedic primary course should refer to the transfer refund policy included in their acceptance package.
